Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• "Platform" means the input intel web application and related services
• "We/Us" means Input Intel Ltd
• "You/Customer" means the person or entity subscribing to our service
• "Data" means the retailer information provided through the Platform

2. Service Description

input intel provides access to a database of German online retailers, including:

• Company information and contact details
• Website screenshots
• Filtering and export functionality
• Optional: Intelligence credits and appointment booking services

3. Subscription & Payment

3.1 Subscription

Platform access is provided on a monthly subscription basis at the current rate (€450/month as of January 2025). Prices may change with 30 days notice.

3.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by PayPro Global, Inc., who acts as our Merchant of Record. When you purchase, you are buying from PayPro Global, who then grants you a licence to use our Platform. PayPro Global handles all billing, VAT/tax collection, and payment disputes.

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.

3.4 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by PayPro Global according to their policies. We may approve refunds at our discretion within 14 days of purchase for unused accounts.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the Platform only for legitimate B2B prospecting
• Not resell, redistribute, or share account access
• Not scrape, bulk-download, or automate data extraction beyond normal use
• Not use the data for spam, harassment, or illegal purposes
• Comply with applicable data protection laws when contacting retailers

5. Data Accuracy

We strive to maintain accurate, up-to-date retailer information. However:

• Data is provided "as is" without warranty of completeness or accuracy
• Retailer information may change without notice
• We are not liable for business decisions made based on this data

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, its design, and our curated database are protected by intellectual property rights. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your internal business purposes.

7. Optional Services

7.1 Intelligence Credits

Enriched lead profiles are purchased as credit packs. Credits do not expire while your subscription is active. Unused credits are forfeited upon account termination.

7.2 Appointment Booking

Success fees for qualified appointments are charged per confirmed meeting. A "qualified meeting" means a scheduled call or meeting with a decision-maker at a target retailer.

7.3 Meeting Support

Meeting attendance is billed at €120 per commenced hour.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for lost profits or business opportunities

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Breach these Terms
• Fail to pay fees when due
• Use the Platform for illegal purposes

Upon termination, your access ends immediately. We may retain data as required by law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
